This website

patchmap.show is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and loads nothing from other companies: the fonts and images are served from this site.

One preference is kept in your browser's local storage if you change it: the colour theme (light, dark or auto). It never leaves your browser.

The notify list

If you use the form on the notify page, we store exactly this:

• Your email address, lowercased.
• The plan you're interested in: Demo, patchmap Pro, Suite Pro, Studio or not sure.
• Whether you want an email when the desktop app is ready, if you tick that box.
• What you do, only if you pick it from the list.
• When you signed up, and when you last updated your entry.

To stop automated sign-ups, the form also keeps a one-way hash of your IP address, made with a random salt that changes every day and is deleted after two days, together with a count of sign-ups from that address in the hour. These rows are deleted after a day. The IP address itself is never stored.

It is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in our Cloudflare account. We use it only to email you when patchmap's plans go on sale, when it launches and, if you asked, when the desktop app is ready, and we never sell or share it. To have your entry removed, email [email protected] from that address and it is deleted.

Like any website, Cloudflare, which hosts this site, processes requests (including IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect against abuse, under its own privacy policy.

The app

The patchmap app at app.patchmap.show opens show files inside your browser; nothing is uploaded unless you sign in and save a show to the cloud. Your Uplink account, cloud shows and live shows are covered by the Uplink privacy policy.
