SHT LX-920What counts as a machine?
A computer where you are signed in. Pro is one person on two of them, say the desk and the laptop, live between them. Move a machine off from your account page whenever you like.
What is view-only crew?
On Studio you can share a show with anyone who needs to read it: the crew, the production manager, the rental house. They see it live and can't change it, and they don't count against your seats.
What happens to a show over 25 fixtures on the demo?
It opens read-only. You can look through it and its reports; to edit it you need Pro.
I already pay for netmap. What changes?
Nothing you have changes. If you want both apps, the Suite puts netmap Pro, patchmap Pro and labels Pro on one subscription. If you bought netmap's MVR Import add-on, you keep it.
Do I need the internet?
No. patchmap is a desktop app and works offline. Live editing and cloud backup need a connection; your edits queue and merge when you are back.
Can prices change?
These are the planned launch prices. Any change applies going forward, never to time you have already paid for.
